The streak comes to an end against Warners Bay

The Singleton Roosters were unable to record a fifth straight win on Saturday when pipped by a fast finishing Warners Bay at Feighan Oval.

The visitors piled on six of the game’s opening seven goals however the Bulldogs clawed their way back into the contest to pull off a thrilling 7.23 (65) to 10.2 (62) victory.

Singleton coach and Davey medal hopeful Andrew Scott was once again named as his side’s best player while Cameron White finished with four goals.

Both Singleton’s reserves and women’s sides would be held scoreless earlier in the day when travelling to Terrigal Avoca.

Singleton will now host Killarney Vale this Saturday while the Roosterettes will travel to Warners Bay (the match will be live streamed).
